Recently restructured, a part of the Eugène Napoléon Foundation gardens has been reopened to the public. A green stretch of flowers and vegetation built along an old train track lead you from the Bastille to Bois de Vincennes.

Located at the back of a large courtyard, this apartment offers a peaceful and enjoyable setting. Bright first floor, the flat opens onto a hall leading to the rest of the apartment. The living room has a 80cm sofa bed (bedding for 1 person), a desk and a TV. The independent kitchen is designed and equipped tastefully. It is furnished with an oven, a microwave, a mixed cooking hob (gas and induction) and a small dining table. The bedroom is furnished with a 160cm double bed and a large closet. The bathroom has a bathtub and a laundry area. The toilets are separated.
