The east side of Faubourg Saint-Honoré is well situated between the majestic ?Place de la Concorde? and ?La Madeleine?. With the top brands shops, art galleries and the ?Jardin des Tuileries? in the surroundings, there are plenty of temptations to amble in the area. Building and orientation
There is a gap between the calm atmosphere in the building and the crowd in the street. The apartment is located on the 5th floor, directly accessible by the elevator. You will have a view of the courtyard and the roofs of the neighboring buildings.
Layout of the apartment
This studio is a real cocoon. Near the entrance you will find a nice living space with a furnished kitchen, a living room and a dining area. Steps lead to the mezzanine used as a bedroom with a comfortable 140 cm bed. The modest size bathroom still has a spacious shower.
