Building and orientation
The apartment is located on the 6th and last floor of a beautiful old stone building. There is an elevator up to the 5th floor. Then, you have to walk up one floor as the apartment is on the 6th floor. It overlooks the street and has a 180° view over the Grand Boulevards.
Layout of the apartment
This attic apartment is the perfect place to stay, right in very center on Paris. It opens onto a living room covered with old floor-tiles. It is furnished with a 140 cm sofa bed, a small dining table, a low sideboard and a flat screen TV. The bedroom is on one side of the living room, with a 140 cm double bed, a desk and small closet; on the other side of the living, there is an independent kitchen overlooking a flowered terrace. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, hot plates, a microwave, an oven and a washing machine. Accessible from the kitchen, the bathroom has a shower cabin and WC.
The Latin Quarter’s bookstores, publishers, and cafés are frequented by students of the neighboring universities. The sidewalks of Saint Germain bear the mark of bohemian and literary artists between old stone buildings and jazz clubs. Between Saint Germain and Saint Michel is the district of Odéon, where local students and foreign tourists alike gather to get a drink, dine, and go to the movies.
