Comfortable and warm studio for 4, Montorgueil area
Renovated at the end of the 1980s, the neighborhood of the rue Montorgueil is an extension of Les Halles. Nowadays, its cobblestone streets are closed to traffic. Montorgueil is a market street with rows of market gardeners, cheesemakers and bakers: colors and scents reminiscent of country villages. In the surrounding streets you will find numerous restaurants and bars.

It is an old building, typical of the central districts of Paris. The apartment is located on the third floor with an elevator and has views on quiet courtyards on both sides.
Layout of the apartment
The layout of this studio with sunny colors mixes space and convenience. The entrance with a wardrobe serves a bathroom with a bathtub and toilets, and leads to a lovely living room. With two openings on the outside, the living room is bright and is made up of a convertible sofa and a double bed, 160 cm each. The open kitchen is arranged behind a bar table and features a fridge, hotplates, a micro-wave, a coffee machine and a dining table for four. The decoration is simple and refined and brings a soft atmosphere to the apartment.
The Latin Quarter’s bookstores, publishers, and cafés are frequented by students of the neighboring universities. The sidewalks of Saint Germain bear the mark of bohemian and literary artists between old stone buildings and jazz clubs. Between Saint Germain and Saint Michel is the district of Odéon, where local students and foreign tourists alike gather to get a drink, dine, and go to the movies.
