Building and orientation
It is an old building with a protected access and maintained communal areas. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor with no elevator. The double living room faces a quiet street. The street and the bedroom are oriented on the courtyard.
Layout of the apartment
The apartment has a large entrance leading to the different rooms. First of all, on the left, there are the toilets. Then, there is the kitchen equipped with a table, an oven, a dish-washer and a washing machine. As for the bathroom, it is equipped with the bathtub. At the end of the hallway, there is a bright and cozy room with a 140 cm double bed and a flat screen TV, but also a dressing (accessible from the entrance). The left side of the entrance leads to the double living room. It is made up of a dining room, a large desk, and a lounge area with a 140 cm sofa bed for two people, a bookcase, a large coffee table and an armchair as well as a TV. The living room features a little balcony and a simple but contemporary decoration.
The Latin Quarter’s bookstores, publishers, and cafés are frequented by students of the neighboring universities. The sidewalks of Saint Germain bear the mark of bohemian and literary artists between old stone buildings and jazz clubs. Between Saint Germain and Saint Michel is the district of Odéon, where local students and foreign tourists alike gather to get a drink, dine, and go to the movies.
This apartment transmits a convivial and pleasant atmosphere; you will quickly feel at home there. Located near the Place de la République, it still offers calm and tranquility.
