Large apartment for 4 people in a quiet residence located in the Marais


The city hall, headquarter of the municipality of Paris close to Marais and Les Halles, is just few minutes away from the Pompidou Center, building with the shape of a liner and made of glasses and steel. Between history and contemporary art, the entire neighborhood goes with the flow of the last trends.

Building and orientation

The flat is located on the 1st floor of a high standing building, directly accessible by the elevator. The accommodation overlooks a lovely calm and tree-filled courtyard.

Layout of the apartment

The entrance of the place opens directly onto a large living room furnished with 2 sofas, one of which is a 140 cm sofa bed, various closets and a dining table and a flat screen TV. The kitchen is adjoined to the living, it is equipped with a long kitchen worktop, an oven and a microwave, also a dishwasher, a washing machine and a high bar table.
A tinted double door separated the bedroom from the living room. It is furnished with a 140 cm double bed and several drawers. A corridor leads to the bathroom with its bath tub. The WC is separated. This latter is also accessible from the living room.

The Latin Quarter’s bookstores, publishers, and cafés are frequented by students of the neighboring universities. The sidewalks of Saint Germain bear the mark of bohemian and literary artists between old stone buildings and jazz clubs. Between Saint Germain and Saint Michel is the district of Odéon, where local students and foreign tourists alike gather to get a drink, dine, and go to the movies.

Half-way between Les Halles, Saint ? Paul and l?Ile de la Cité, the West of Marais is a mass of shops and café terraces. Away from that activity, this comfortable apartment has an optimal design and a peaceful inside courtyard.
