The building is situated on a private path where there is a set of old buildings. All the rooms of the apartment have view on this paved and quiet walk. The apartment is located on the first floor with no elevator.

This apartment has 2 rooms in row. The entrance leads, on the left to the toilet then to a small bathroom with a bathtub. On the right, kitchen is equipped with hot plates and a dishwasher. It leads to the living made with a 160 cm leather sofa bed, a flat screen TV and an area for storage. Four large windows give a bright light to the living. The bedroom is at the end of the apartment, with a large 140 cm double bed and wardrobe.
The Latin Quarter’s bookstores, publishers, and cafés are frequented by students of the neighboring universities. The sidewalks of Saint Germain bear the mark of bohemian and literary artists between old stone buildings and jazz clubs. Between Saint Germain and Saint Michel is the district of Odéon, where local students and foreign tourists alike gather to get a drink, dine, and go to the movies.
